LES RACINES DU CIEL

The French sustainable knitwear brand LES RACINES DU CIEL was launched in 2005 by Nathalie Goyette and Christian Tournafol. The name is inspired by Romain Gary’s book ‘The Roots of Heaven’.
Nathalie has a wealth of experience in the textile industry having worked in France and Japan and a great passion for ecology and our environment.
Les Racines du Ciel puts fair and safe working conditions, animal welfare and respect for nature at the heart of all their collections. For winter their line of cocooning sweaters is mainly woven in baby alpaca which is not only amazingly light but also provides incomparable softness and warmth.
