Grapefruit essential oil - Research suggests that using this citrus oil may balance mood, decrease blood pressure, and relieve stress

Ginger essential oil - known for its stimulating and warming effects, which can enhance concentration while soothing and reducing the feelings of stress, sadness, anxiety, lethargy, agitation, dizziness, and fatigue.

Ylang Ylang essential oil - in aromatherapy is used for memory, focus and cognitoin.

All soaps from The Guilt Free Soapery are made from a combination of coconut oil, sunflower oil, olive oil and shea butter. The only additives used are plant based and organic.
